2019 Year in Review. Non-work

2019 was pretty typical, athletically and lifestyle wise. Lots of mountain and athletic time. My record keeping is ever more and more refined, so some comparative issues arise. Notably, “hours” of action counted is ever improving in resolution. I count less and less, as years go on.

I didn’t let 2019 knock me out.

2019’s numbers. In action. Mainly athletic action. See elsewhere for work numbers.

  • 205 days of work. Any kind of work. And a day of work “counts” when the primary task for the daylight hours is in some kind of income generation. Freelancing makes it tough to count “work days”, but I solved this problem with a daily check-in question: Was today a day of work? Check yes or no, and add ‘em up at the end of the year. First time I’ve collected this information like this.
