This service is a complement to the field time you will book with a guide service. Field time will be executed by Jed Porter, in that context, as an employee of the guide service. The daily fee charged here is in addition to whatever you might pay that local guide service (guide service fee depends on season, activity, scale, duration, intensity, severity, location. Estimate(s) available on request). The fee is compensation to Athletic Authentic Wild LLC, doing business as Jediah Porter, for Jed’s prodigious experience and skill, thorough advance preparation and considered post trip feedback, all in addition to calendar commitment above and beyond that provided by the guide service covering the field portion of your Teton time. This is not an additional cost for what is provided by the guide service (and Jed Porter when serving as an employee of the guide service). It is compensation for all that AAW provides that is not included by the guide service. Much as you might buy the appropriate equipment to complement and enhance your guided experience, this is you purchasing appropriate consultation and follow-up to complement and enhance your guided experience. This advance consultation fee is non-refundable.
